Tracey is an Industry Leader, who brings more than 36 years of experience to Full Circle Medical Billing. She puts her expertise to work for Full Circle clients’ every day, helping them achieve and often surpass their financial goals.
BRANDI CHESNEY
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATONS
Brandi oversees Full Circle’s day-to-day operations, ensuring every client has a professional experience with optimal results. Brandi knows the business of healthcare and brings with her 27 years of in-depth understanding of revenue cycle management and its intricacies. During her career, Brandi worked 10 years as a Regional Business Office Manager at one of the largest providers of outpatient surgery in the United States. As her career advanced, she became Director of Business Office Services for another nationally recognized provider. The experience from these positions were instrumental in honing her skills and provided her with a comprehensive knowledge of outpatient surgical operations and billing.
KAREN BRAMAN
VICE PRESIDENT OF PHYSICIAN SERVICES
Karen brings over 20 years of medical billing and credentialling experience to her role at Full Circle Medical Billing. Karen has an extensive understanding of the revenue cycle process. During her career, Karen spent more than a decade overseeing the management of a hospital and physician group’s billing offices. Karen has a vast knowledge and understands the various aspects and complexities of medical billing and reporting. She always strives to build strong working relationships with the Providers and their support teams. Karen makes onboarding new Full Circle clients seamless while providing and executing a full-service package our clients can be confident in.
RORY THACKER
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Rory is a seasoned and technically sophisticated professional; equipped with 25+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Health Information Technology. He has exemplified competency in providing coding solutions, compliance audits, and revenue cycle management tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. Rory is well-versed in implementing and directing business processes to improve efficiency and optimize productivity. Rory has a strong passion for utilizing out-of-the-box approaches for developing and achieving organizational goals and objectives.
ANGIE SCHUMACHER
DIRECTOR OF PHYSICIAN SERVICES
Angie has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her broad experience in multi-specialty coding and the seven steps of Revenue Cycle Management give her a keen ability to identify opportunities to implement best practices. Angie strives as a professional to create efficiencies with process improvement, empower team building, and achieve results for Full Circle’s overall success.
In her current role, she performs account audits, provides education, and in-service to team members for continued improvement. Angie monitors staff to ensure all responsibilities are being maintained. She assists with onboarding new clients and ensures a streamlined transition in our fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
NANCY BRADLEY
DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Nancy has 24 years’ experience in healthcare specializing in Ambulatory Surgery Center revenue cycle management. Nancy is currently mentoring a billing team providing full revenue cycle management services to outpatient facilities across the United States. She loves the ever-challenging role of a Revenue Cycle Manager. Nancy’s previous experience of managing the revenue cycle for physician practices, physical therapy clinics, hospital outpatient departments, and skilled nursing facilities means she is a “go to” resource at Full Circle Medical Billing.
